HOW- TO MIDNIGHT COLOR APPLICATION
1. Prep Before Coloring
- Put on protective clothing (old t-shirt, towel, color cape) and cover surrounding area.
- Put on gloves.
- Comb hair to eliminate tangles.
- Section hair into 4 equal parts.
- Apply petroleum jelly around hairline and top of ears.
- Gently shake formula, in application bottle.
- Cut tip from applicator bottle, point bottle away from face when cutting.
- Apply color formula generously, take thin sections to ensure even color saturation.
- Process color for 45 minutes.
- Check a small section of hair every 10 minutes to check progress.
- Rinse Hair
**Rinse hair separately and avoid rinsing in shower as color may transfer to body and surfaces.
- Rinse with cool or lukewarm water till water runs clear.
- Cold water helps lock in color.
- Shampoo with a sulfate free shampoo.
- Use an old or dark colored towel when drying hair.
- Dry and style hair as desired.

All hair color contains ingredients which can cause an allergic reaction, which in rare cases, can be severe. If you have a tattoo, the risk of allergic reactions may be increased. Read all labeling instructions carefully.
Before you apply color:
- Perform a preliminary skin irritation test 48 hours before applying color.
-Perform a strand test.
