I would give it zero, if possible. On amazon you see the picture with listed ingredients: Sesame seed, Salt, Sugar and seaweed. That's why I bough it.
In reality you get a jar with the label: Sesame seed, sugar, seaweed, salt, maltodextrin, disodium succinate, disodium inosinate.
If I see these other ingredients I would not buy this product. Unfortunately it is not illegible for returns.

Take note these are the larger size bottles. Not the size generally sold in store hence the higher price tag. They arrived UNBROKEN. I bought 2 and they were packed right next to each other with a puffy air filled spacer to keep them from violently clacking together. However, I must say they definitely could’ve still gotten broken in transit but I’m glad they came unscathed.

1 cup white rice
8 oz. chicken broth
1 tbsp Nori Fume Furikake Rice Seasoning
2 tsp Kikkoman Sesame Oil
Kikkoman All-Purpose Soy Sauce
2 scallions chopped
1 egg yolk
1/4 sheet Nori cut into medium-small pieces (should be available in a decent local grocery store, otherwise any Asian market)

Cook the rice in broth, seasoning and sesame oil (I use an electric cooker- perfect every time)
When rice is cooked, add scallions, mix, and let it sit for a minute or two
Transfer rice to a bowl, make a small depression in the center
Soy Sauce to taste - I use medium-heavy application to make sure it goes all the way through the rice
Egg yolk in the depression
Nori sprinkled on top

Have at it. My taste of Japan and a solid base for the day.
