L’Oréal Paris Elvive Dream Lengths No Haircut Cream is a leave-in conditioning hair treatment that helps minimise the appearance of split ends and breakage while improving shine. The treatment can be used prior to heat styling to protect hair from temperatures up to 180ºC.

This leave in treatment came in a colorful package and had a pull-up lid, which made it easy to control the amount of product. The consistency is creamy (but not as thick as usual hair masks) and is supposed to be full of vitamins. I used it every second day after washing my hair with the shampoo and conditioner. I applied it to dry hair because this awesome leave in treatment also protects hair from heat damage. What I noticed after applying it to dry hair, was that the product didn't fully absorb. Some parts of my hair were sticking together and I had to comb the product out. It works well when applied on wet hair, since it then absorbs quickly. But nonetheless of the applying method, it makes hair look healthy and I am also a huge fan of the scent which a bit on the sweeter side.
If you’re looking for a leave in treatment that will help prevent breakage and smooth out the hair shaft, give this a go. I have tight shoulder length curls that need extra moisture to prevent it snapping off at the root or knotting at the ends This cream helped more than expected. It’s smells divine, doesn’t weigh down the hair and a little goes a long way. My edges and ends are grateful.
The L'Oréal Paris Elvive Dream Lengths No Haircut Cream is a leave-in hair treatment with a conditioning formula enriched with keratin, vitamins and castor oil. The product claims to help reduce the appearance of split ends and reduce breakage from brushing. The product itself comes in a small squeezy bottle and is very bright and eye-catching orange colour. I used this product after using the Elvive Dream Lengths Shampoo and Conditioner and found that the No Haircut cream was a nice way to finish off this suite of products. I found the No Haircut cream easy to dispense and smooth through my wet hair. After drying my hair felt lovely and smooth and nice and strong at the same time. I didn't find it improved detangling though and actually found my hair was a little more knotty than usual. I loved how this conditioning treatment doubled as a heat protectant - It means I didn't have to add more product before using my hair dryer and straightener. Overall, I would recommend using the No Haircut Cream and found it to be a good leave in conditioning treatment.
OMG the scent on this product is like dessert for your hair, especially after a long day. Hair feels softer and luscious, even after 1st time use. Hair is never dull, always shiny and glossy. Works better with matcjing products of shampoo and conditioner Highly recommended. Thank you L'oreal Elvive

Didn’t blow me away…. But I’d still repurchase!
After application, My hair looks wonderful once I blow dry it and style it. it's noticeably less frizzy, moisturised, and shining!, in my experience. I also use it to smooth down any stragglers in my hair after it's dry. It has no effect on the weight of my hair, and it never made my hair greasy or knotty. It made my hair a bit hard the first time but I realised I had used way too much, a little goes a long way with this. It smells SO nice and I get compliments about that. It doesn’t really live up to the no haircuts needed phrase but I’d still repurchase as it does make my hair softer, tamer and shinier.
Tips: Don’t use too much!!

Perfect product for me! I always have to apply a conditioner or leave in treatment after I wash my hair in order to get a comb through my long, fine, curly hair. This product smells divine, is of a good consistency for applying through my hair, and doesn't leave it feeling sticky or heavy. Once dry it gives my curl good definition and leaves it feeling soft. I will be looking out for it in store as it is a very reasonably priced product. Have taken a photo so I won't forget what it is called!

I brought the whole line when it first released. Half price at Chemist warehouse thank you very much. I was very impressed with the shampoo & conditioner. I found myself only reaching for this product on days I washed my hair, applying a pea sized amount mid way through the ends, either blow drying or letting my hair dry naturally. It does a pretty good job at controlling frizz & fly aways. A small amount of this product goes a long away. Overall for the price I was happy with the results. I don’t see myself repurchasing this product though, I found if I applied this product to dry hair it made my hair quite sticky ,oily & weighed down. For reference I have coloured blonde hair that is quite dry on the ends but also very thick & frizzy. I would prefer a product for my hair type that I can use both dry & wet.

This was probably my least favourite part of the 3 step system from Elvive. My hair is definitely stronger with less breakage and smoother because of religiously using this system for over a month. But this step in the system made it difficult to style my hair as the product made my hair heavy, a little oily and challenging to straighten. If you are happy to sacrifice the style of your hair for a few weeks in an effort to improve the strength and health of your hair I would say go for it. If you are using the shampoo and conditioner it is not essential that you use this part of the system all of the time. Unless you have a serious problem with hair breakage like I did you could probably get away with just using this product when you are not too worried about the style of your hair for the week.

I applied this product after shampooing and conditioning with the matching products. The colour if the bottle is nice, summery and fresh looking. I liked the concept of a screw top lid as it was quick and easy to access the product. Once again the scent was lovely, like peaches and flowers. The product was quickly absorbed and left no sticky residue. However, I did not notice my hair being any more moisturised as a result nor was my hair shiny and the scent did not last long. In fact, I tried to apply more but it weighed my hair down which was unusual. It feels more like a conditioner than a styling product. I have tried better products for the same price or a bit more expensive. Perhaps for hair that is not as dry, damaged and frizzy was mine, it might be more suitable as it was more of a light moisture result.

I do not like putting products in my hair besides shampoo and conditioner. I have long, thin hair that goes down past my mid back, my roots tend to get oily and ends dry. I feel products get absorbed into my hair and weigh it down, making it look flat. When I first put it on the ends of my hair I was cringing as I thought it would be another one of those sticky products that my hair doesn't like. But to my surprise it goes into my hair well and leaves it feeling nice and soft! My hair looks healthy and hydrated. I have been using it in conjunction with the Dream Lengths Shampoo and Conditioner and have been enjoying the range so far! I usually only have my hair cut 2 times a year so I do hope this range will help keep my hair untangled and smooth and not ratty before my next cut.
