Best Tyler Show Ever. Jazmine Sullivan also represented impeccably in her hometown. J.I.D. is a star in the making. Pusha T was solid per usual. Lil Uzi Vert’s, as an admitted non-fan, presentation took me by surprise for how darkly psychedelic it was. But “my name is Tyler and I execute ideas for a living”‘s performance in Philadelphia to finish off his elaborate travel-themed classic ‘Call Me If You Get Lost’ at the bottom of the art museum steps was the apex.
New Philadelphia, PA@Ben Franklin ParkwayHe truly is like a modern day prince. We are witnessing true magic happen at its finest moments when he performs. Had an absolute blast with his set. It’s such a personable feeling you get when you see him live. If you ever have the chance please I recommend it. It’s very much worth it. From the theatrics to the comedy to the crowd banter to the live set or live performance. It feels intimate even in a stadium setting 🤞🏼
Portland, OR@Moda CenterI was hoping for a good show because this was a birthday present for my son and Tyler The Creator is his favorite artist. Oh man was I in for way more that I anticipated. He is an entertainer through and through, the show was amazing. I wish it would have gone on for hours more. Extremely impressed and will catch another concert of his in the future.

Tyler showed an interest to music from an incredibly young age, at the age of seven, he would take the cover out of an album's case and create covers for his own imaginary albums including a track list with song times before he could even make music. At fourteen, he taught himself to play the piano and music became a constant in his ever changing home life, he attended twelve different schools over his twelve year education.
On December 25, 2009, Tyler self released his first album entitled 'Bastard' which went on to receive rave reviews from critics, including Pitchfork Media who placed it at #32 on their top 100 albums of the year list. He followed this up with 'Goblin' which secured him a one album deal with XL Recordings. His next album 'Wolf' was released in 2013 and was produced solely by Tyler, featuring guest appearances from Frank Ocean, Mike G, Domo Genesis, Earl Sweatshirt, Left Brain and Hodgy Beats.
Tyler has found himself at the centre of negative media attention for his use of homophobic slurs, frequently the use of the epithet faggot in his lyrics and on social media. He personally denied the accusations of homophobia, stating, "I'm not homophobic. I just say faggot and use gay as an adjective to describe stupid shit," and, "I'm not homophobic. I just think faggot hits and hurts people". He appears to understand very little of the impact of his derogatory use of language. However Tyler, The Creator was the first to openly show support for fellow Odd Future member Frank Ocean after he revealed he had a relationship with another younger man. The young rapper has managed to collect a number of nominations at the MTV Music Video Awards, along with acclaim for his solo discography and work within Odd Future despite numerous controversies surrounding his lyrical content.
