Arceus isn't in the game at all, only a statue of him.

There are no optional missions to encounter it or special events which make it available. I heard a rumor that arceus CAN be recruited. Don't know if its true. This is what I heard: Recruite every single pokemon in the game and become level 100. You should get a space orb the first time you win destiny tower(?) take that orb and go to the arceus statue. It will glow and come to life level 100. I HAVE TO TRY THAT!

I think you can get him through a special event but I think you need to clear Destiny tower

You can get him. You have to meet Palkia and Dialga and have them on your team. Then go talk to the dude at the place over there.->
Arceus does not appear as a pokemon you can add to your team, it appears as a statue and dialga talks about him vaguely.
...Here is a mystery it just doesnt make any sense to me someone said this to me pass through the ruler of time and the ruler of space and the ruler of destiny shall be wanting you and that is the rumer of destiny tower

You have to have recycled over 450 items and then you will unlock an event which will take you to a 13f dungeon with arceus at the end at lvl70
The statue in destiny tower doesnt give you arceus, but to get destiny tower, after you save scizor, go and turn a ton of gummys into drinks until you get destiny tower note.
First you must have dialga en palkia then you most have the seven treasures then you must have master rank 3 then you can go yo the desteny tower
THEY are lying!!!! You can catch arceus in sky but only by a special event
Hmm. I'm not sure about "7th flr. Arceus" but I'm pretty sure you can't catch the thing. Ive played about 150 hours on the game.
As far as I know is, arceus are not in that game and cannot be recruited by yourself
You can't recruit him if you go to destiny tower and see the statue you will just get an orb and it only raises attack
