I don't understand why you can't insert a blank SD card. As long as you have the card you should be able to. The info below is the only way to convert a card to "Internal" storage. Should you wish to try it. First, you need to be using a phone that is running at least Android "Marshmallow" (6.0) or newer, or be able to upgrade to it. Second, you will need the instructions I am
including below. And third, you need a phone that has not been restricted by the manufacturer from making this change. Which does happen. NOTE: If any of the steps are missing on your phone, or they don't work for you, then you have a phone that either has an older Android version or has been restricted by the manufacturer. i think the only way is to root your phone. im using a71 too. i also tried using other methods but it doesnt work because sd card share the same disk with os. so it is impossible to do those instructions that were provided over and over again in the same topic.

Actually they work just fine, but only on certain devices. They should work on any device using Android "Marshmallow" (a.k.a. 6.0) or newer, however some manufacturers decide to limit these options, making it impossible to do. At least without rooting. Which, to be hones, I do not recommend. It is so easy to brick a phone doing that.
