Really nice hotel. Excellent service. If you're wanting to spend time on the beach, this is not the location for you. The pictures of the beach do not show what the beach really looks like in person. The water was not clear. It was difficult to walk on the sand due to all of the rocks and ants. The smell of the seaweed was awful. We had to spend almost $200 to drive to Cancun in order to enjoy a nice beach. We had an ant issue in our room which needed sprayed and we didn't even have any food in the room. We had some difficulty getting into the restaurants due to being booked. The food was ok. There was one restaurant in the food court that was really good so we ate there most of the time. We enjoyed the Platinum package and the butler service it comes with. Overall, we enjoyed this hotel, and the service was 5 star, I just wish we could've enjoyed the beach at that location, which was the main reason for our vacation.
