I believe March 26th. That's what our SM told us.

26th? Is it just me, but does it feel like they are pushing it back every cycle?

is there a way to stop the tax from been taken out of the success sharing?
level 2
No legal way unfortunately. You can try to lie and say you have a few dependents, but that’s probably the best you can do without getting caught.

Can someone explain what this is

Twice a year if your store meets and beats sales plan the associates get a bonus check, how much it is depends on how much over sales the store did and how long you’ve been there. Dhs make double what associates make. Also if your in the top 3 in your district the store gets a few extra grand thrown in the pot. At least, last I knew. It could have changed but that’s how it’s been for the 12 years I’ve been here.

Does anyone know when the success sharing check is dropping for 2022 ?
level 2
I hope someone knows. This will determine if I have that extra bit of pay day before rent to buy something

I heard it will be on the 26th 40% tax on it as well at least in the state of MD.
We also have a new manager that sucks at his job so we will be lucky if we even get a meal this week.
