Press X and then Ctrl to fly in The sky. Then like Plane.

For the Deluxo just press X to go in hover/fly mode and use CTRL and SHIFT to go up and down. CTRL is up SHIFT is down.

Think it’s LB on Xbox. Might be RB

RB is the throttle, A switches from fly mode to drive mode

I have to double tap the A button.
