There's no doubt that Hana and Sakurai have feelings for each other. With how the manga is going right now they will most likely get together.
Right now, ther're just starting to realize it, but id say, around chapter 70-80, something major will happen, this is just my guess tho

Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! follows the story of Hana Uzaki and Shinichi Sakurai. The two of them spend a lot of time together after Hana realized that Shinichi became a loner. As time goes by, will the two of them develop feelings for each other? Will Hana and Shinichi end up together?
In Season 1 of Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!, Ami wanted Hana and Shinichi’s relationship to improve further, so she suggested activities that would help the pair realize the potential of dating one another.
It was not only Ami who anticipated the two to date but also fans of the slice-of-life anime.
Now that Season 2 has started, viewers are hoping that there will be at least some improvement between Hana and Shinichi.

Do Hana and Shinichi End Up Together?
It was revealed that Hana wanted to be with Shinichi for years. In fact, she has been waiting patiently but didn’t want to make the first move, so helping him was sort of a way for the two of them to get closer.
By Chapter 73, the two of them started to date, which confirms that yes, Hana and Shinichi did end up together.
Even if the manga is still ongoing, it would be almost impossible for the two to break up.
They might encounter relationship issues along the way, but considering that Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! is a romantic comedy, the couple would most likely overcome it and strengthen their relationship instead.

How Did Hana and Shinichi's Relationship Start?
Hana Uzaki transferred to a new college, and she was surprised to learn that she would be attending the same college as Shinichi Sakurai, her upperclassman in high school.
For a year, she watched him laze around and lead a boring life which made her decide to bring fun into his life by spending time with him.
She wanted to change his image from being intimidating and introverted to someone who is cool and friendly.
Her project started then and ever since the two of them have been spending a lot of time together.
It wasn’t easy as there were times when he just wanted to be alone, but she kept on pestering him.
In Season 1, Shinichi had no choice but to go with her and their relationship evolved into good friends.
Season 2 will most likely show how their friendship turns into something more, but it is still unclear if the new season will cover the part when they started dating.
