Fully integrated into our Online Banking, you can choose to pay bills, request e-bills or send money to people with Zelle. It's safe, fast and saves time. Online Bill Pay is free, with a nominal fee for Zelle transactions.

Zelle is a convenient way to send money using your mobile banking app or online banking account. Zelle is a fast, safe and easy way to send money directly between almost any bank account in the U.S., typically within minutes. With just an email address or U.S. mobile phone number, you can send money to people you trust, regardless of where they bank. Your cellular service provider may charge a fee.

Enrollment

To enroll in Bank of Ann Arbor's personal online bill pay, begin by logging into Online Banking. If you don't have Online Banking you can instantly enroll by clicking First-time User Enrollment below the Access ID box. Once inside Online Banking click on Bill Payments in the top row of options. This will automatically enroll you into Online Bill Pay, and will also be how Bill Pay is accessed to pay bills. You are now ready to begin paying bills online. If you experience difficulty enrolling into Bill Pay, please contact our Electronic Banking team at 734.761.9048.

Be sure to use the Sign Out button to exit a Bill Pay session. We also recommend that you empty the cache or temporary Internet files frequently. Check your browser's Help menu for instructions.
