I take it the digital power card doesn't come with the $2-3 charge for a new card, if so this could be a game changer for those that don't want to pay for a physical card. Hopefully other arcade chains take note and implement digital power cards so the card fee goes away.
Also no more plastic cards lost or stolen.
Not all phones support NFC though, I have had plenty that don't. Not sure if my current one does, but I have at least one phone still kicking here that does if it doesn't that could probably be used with wifi.
Just need to get it working fully with android so those who don't want to pay for apple products can also use it.
