I ordered this a week ago and it said it was in stock and would ship in 3 to 5 days with 2 day shipping. No update and it still hasn't shipped.

I ordered on May 30 and it was supposed to arrive by June 11. However, under tracking it just says Pilot Freight with no other info. In reaching out to the seller they tell me that it should arrive by August 4 and offered to help me cancel my order. After reading these comments I feel like I'll likely never see the product or a refund.

ordered June 24th, said be arriving July 10th. Still waiting, today is August 29th. They continue to advertise this product with delivery within 2 weeks. I call BS. Amazon needs to get on their butt and discontinue their false advertising. Come on Amazon your reputation is at stake.

My order is saying it was delivered on 1/30/2020 but I ordered it 3 weeks ago.... after speaking with both UPS and Amazon, I was told that it could possibly be lost in the transit... so in other words I waited 3 weeks for nothing... I’ll give an update if it ever arrives

I ordered this May 11th. Said it would be here by May 22nd -- then May 26th -- now May 31st. It says it's shipped, and that it's in Ontario, CA, but that's all I can track. Doesn't show anything after that. So frustrated!

I am still waiting. Order was placed in May 12. It was supposed to be delivered on May 21, tracking number provided is not related to this product. After reading some of these Q&A I realized the seller is providing the same tracking number to multiple customers for this product. It seems it may be a scam. Amazon tracking show the item may be "lost" to contact them for a refund but their chat and phone number are not working!!! very frustrating. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AMAZON!!!!

I also ordered this product on May 11th. Spoke to Amazon and UPS and they state the product has been lost in transit and they are currently investigating where the items are. I cannot cancel the order until June 2nd because Amazon states that order has been shipped. Sounds like this product is being sold but isn't in the inventory of Amazon or private sellers.

I also have this issue. I ordered this item on 5/13. A shipping label was created 5/20 and it stated it would be here 5/27 now 5/29. However it states it’s shipping from Seattle, WA with no tracking progress

Did anybody receive their package???? Cause I brought mine on July 1 and it said it was shipped and and out for delivery, when July 17th came cause that’s how long I was suppose to wait it said it was running late and never came. I email the company and they said it was a delay on it but they don’t know a date when it coming ! Should I just ask for my money back or wait?? I brought this for my boyfriend for a surprise cause he really wanted to workout cause the gyms are close, I’m really low key disappointed.
I ordered on dec 31st and did same day delivery and it didn’t come so I waited and the next day it didn’t come either so I kept calling Amazon about it and chatted with an associate about it online and they told me my item Is lost in transit and I was never notified about that so I kept bugging and everyone I speak to is saying today it will be delivered yet there hasn’t been updates on tracking for days this is ridiculous

Same problem here. I ordered 2 weeks ago and they claim it has shipped, however they have used an old tracking number to fool Amazon... Still have not got anything.
